According to a survey conducted among a group of people who studied at the same university 10 years ago, the majority of those with grade point averages in the middle 50% became wealthy or emerged as top performers in various fields. In contrast, the majority of those ranked in the top 10% ultimately demonstrated mediocre performance.
One of the many factors contributing to the above phenomenon is good interpersonal communication skills. A wide circle of friends can provide information and resources, increasing your chances of success. On the contrary, if you are highly competent in your expertise, but have difficulty getting along with colleagues or even your boss, it will be challenging for you to survive in the company. In today ’ s world, in addition to strong professional skills and good interpersonal communication skills, the ability to express yourself is extremely important. The larger the company you are in and the fiercer the competition, the more important it is for you to know how to express your ideas and convince others.
To sum up, according to my observation, outstanding academic performance constitutes only one aspect of achieving success, while other factors play equally significant roles.

总之，根据我的观察，学习优秀只是造就成功的一个方面，其他因素也起着同样重要的作用。
