I am pleased to recommend 4-D Master Mr. Lin Jian's book High Performance Management: 4-D System's Best Practices and Cases Study , which describes his successes in using the 4-D System in China.
I was impressed with his experiences when he shared them at the International 4-D Summit in Berlin, Germany in 2019. His book documents these in a way that Chinese businesses and families will surely find useful. He describes applications in personal development and (entrepreneurial) work teams, and uniquely in families. I suggest that his applications in families could be especially useful in an increasingly volatile world. It's a good read.
