EUS是一种高度敏感和准确的食管癌分期方法,这是迄今为止任何其他影像学方法都无法实现的。同时进行的EUS引导下FNA提供了区域淋巴结分期的细胞学证据,从而为食管癌患者的治疗提供了有价值的信息。
