记叙文主要是记叙所发生的事情和经历。常见的形式有：故事、日记、新闻报道、游记等。记叙文的写作要点为：
1. 交代记叙文的六大要素，即时间（when）、地点（where）、人物（who）、事件（what）、原因（why）、结果（how），六者缺一不可。
2. 事件的发生可以按照时间或空间的先后顺序进行叙述。
3. 记叙文所记的都是过去发生的事，因此一般多采用过去时态。
