数字人文是数字时代的产物，很多现象在既有框架中不能得以安放和解释。大跨度的学科相交，“伞”状或“大帐篷”的隐喻，为人们关于数字人文边界的推演留下巨大的想象和思辨空间，接续而来的波澜将卷向人类知识生产与评价的范式规则、现有学科结构，以及诸多学术思维惯性。
从数字人文的视角看待数字记忆，缘自笔者多年从事数字记忆实践和关注数字人文发展的些许思考。把数字记忆看作数字人文的一种形态、分支，抑或是旁系、近邻，各有道理，不急于给出确定结论或许是个好的等待，给二者的前行留下更多探索空间。上述讨论的本意，比起厘清二者关系，更希冀的是找到其中的原因和思维逻辑，并对数字记忆的本质、方法做一点理性思考。
关于“数字人文谱系”，大卫·M. 贝里所做的分析及其引用几位学者的看法耐人思考：“我们的整个文化遗产必须以数字形式和人们喜闻乐见的形式重新组织和编辑（McGamant，2004：25）”
，“数字人文不但被‘理想地定位为创造、改变和传播了人文公众交流新方法’，而且‘创造了从根本上重塑人文领域的技术’（Liu，2012：496-7）”
。这两段话可以让我们大略领悟作者构建数字人文谱系的远大理想和开阔理念。在这样的构想中，数字记忆有理由成为数字人文的一个特色分支而存在发展，丰富数字人文的形态、功能和方法体系。数字人文谱系形成和延续的故事也将成为人类的美好记忆，采用数字方式加以留存和传播。
Digital Memory from the Perspective of Digital Humanities：Concurrently Discussing the Method Characteristics of Digital Memory

Abstract： Digital Humanities and Digital Memory are both the fusion of digital technology and humanistic phenomena. Starting from analyzing on the connotation，structure and methodological characteristics of each，this paper attempts to clarify the relationship between the two and find a collaborative development path. The overlapping fundamentals of the two are mainly manifested in the humanistic attributes of the domain objects，the diversity of digital resources，the similarity in digital methods，and the complex nature of the result form，reflecting the consistency of the two in the deep-level goals and realization paths. The non-overlap at this stage is mainly manifested in the standardization，expansibility，and instrumentalization of digital methods，as well as differences in the concepts and methods of digital resource presentation，including differences in thinking styles. In the process of both going in the same direction，Digital Humanities needs to simultaneously expand inclusiveness in theory and practice，transcend the structure of Humanities Computing，and replace computing methods of digital methods as the methodological basis；Digital Memory needs to strengthen theoretical construction and methodological research to promote digital transformation of narrative. To improve scientificity，standardization and functionality through methods such as story digitization and data storytelling，to strengthen communication with Digital Humanities and jointly build a more open and broad genealogy of Digital Humanities.
