This paper is mainly study entrepot trade benefit between Hong Kong and mainland China depending on the theory of international trade theory and international regional cooperation.Thesis identified as“ Benefit analysis of trade between Hong Kong and mainland China ——based on the perspective of entrepot trade”

After identifying research topics， the first is the Academic research works review.Secondly， Collecting， sorting out， confirming concerned with The theoretical framework of international trade.however， on the one hand ， along the longitudinal axis of history， analysis of 170 years since the founding of Hong Kong's entrepot trade of the formation and development ， and trade history of Hong Kong and Mainland China ， Hong Kong came out from the entrepot trade back to the start of the three- stage development context of entrepot trade ； on the other hand ， from a different view point on the horizontal axis of the space to analyze the role of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong choose to play in the middle of the inevitability of entrepot trade to Hong Kong in the international trading system .Again， the static and dynamic trading benefit to combine the benefit of trade studies， and through the establishment of econometric models for empirical testing.Finally， the corresponding policy recommendations and research prospects .

Core thesis are ： on the one hand ， to use gross profit and gross profit margin tools of Management Accounting ， according to “ entrepot trade benefit ＝ FOB price of entrepot trade goods- CIF price of entrepot trade goods ” logical deduction ， according to the data of the Hong Kong SAR Census and Statistics Department ， estimating entrepot trade benefit coming from Hong Kong and Mainland China ； other research benefit in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland dynamics of Hong Kong's entrepot trade conduction economy.Meanwhile， studies the relationship between Hong Kong entrepot trade to offshore trade in mainland China in offshore trade benefit， as well as the economic restructuring of Hong Kong.

The main conclusions drawn in this paper are： Hong Kong's entrepot trade and entrepot trade of Hong Kong factor endowments and comparative advantage.Hong Kong entrepot trade and entrepot trade of Hong Kong and mainland China have gained benefit derive more benefit of Hong Kong .Entrepot trade is one of the main forms of trade between Hong Kong and Mainland China ； Hong Kong gain a great interest through the entrepot trade with mainland China ； Hong Kong entrepot trade contributed to economic growth and structural adjustment .50％ of Hong Kong 's total foreign trade from Hong Kong and Mainland China trade ；80％ of Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland 's total trade involving entrepot trade ； during 1990 to 2012， Profits coming from entrepot trade between Hong Kong and Mainland China is HK ＄ 6，218，632，000，000， among them， 86％ of profits from Hong Kong to mainland China as the source of entrepot trade， and 14％ of profits from Hong Kong to mainland China as the destination of entrepot trade in .In the period from 2007 to 2012， Hong Kong's offshore trade with mainland China for profit of HK ＄ 1，284，256，000，000 .
