Abstract

Based on the analysis and summary of identifing the risk resources of the coal mine production safety and the risk early warning methods research,this dissertation conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on the current risk management theory and enterprise risk management(ERM)the dissertation intends to adopt,futhermore,conduct a comprehensive analysis and elaboration of the coal mine production process and special causal principal and model of accident safety production in the coal mine industry,and including internal and external factors of the risk accident in coal mine production process.According to the basic requirements and principles of comprehensive risk governance framework of ERM,combining with the existing form,characteristic,structure and classification of the risk resources involved in coal mine production process,introducing and using the two-tuple linguistic analysis method,building the quantitative model of risk source evaluation in the process of coal mine safety production,conducting a empirical research in accordance with the survey data from field investigation.Based on the above risk resources identification and early warning analysis and research,it is able to make the preliminary conclusion and countermeasure of coal mine safety production.
