摘要：在经济金融化、金融全球化的今天，金融越来越成为现代经济社会正常运转的枢纽和润滑剂。金融是现代经济的核心，金融发展对经济增长至关重要。伴随经济金融全球化发展，国际金融合作日益重要，通过国际间的金融合作促进贸易投资便利化、加强资金融通、规避汇率风险、防范金融风险。中国和中东国家已经认识到开展金融合作是实现互利共赢的重要举措。快速增长的经贸总额、企业的融资需求、庞大的投资资本以及政治外交领域联系的日益密切，更加表明金融合作的必要性和迫切性。资金融通是“一带一路”建设的重要支撑，是撬动沿线国家基础设施建设、实现产能合作的资金杠杆。中国与中东国家金融合作不仅契合了当前双方发展战略的需求，也是新时代中国进一步对外开放的重要组成部分，更有助于推动“一带一路”建设。当前，世界正面临百年未有之大变局，中国与中东国家金融合作既面临机遇，又面临许多挑战和风险。

Abstract: In the era of economic and financial globalization, finance has increasingly become the hub and lubricant for the normal operation of modern economy and society. Finance is the core of modern economy, and financial development is crucial to economic growth. With development of economic and financial globalization, international financial cooperation is becoming more and more important. Through international financial cooperation,we can promote trade and investment facilitation, strengthen financing, avoid exchange rate risk and guard against financial risk. China and Middle East countries have realized that financial cooperation is a new field of mutual benefit and win-win. The rapid growth of economic and trade, the financing needs of enterprises, the huge investment capital and the increasingly close political and diplomatic fields all show the necessity and urgency of financial cooperation. Financing is an important field in the construction of the Belt and Road and the leverage of infrastructure construction and capacity cooperation. Financial cooperation between China and Middle East not only fits the needs of current development strategy of two sides, but also is an important part of China's further opening up to the outside world in the new era as well as construction of the Belt and Road. The world today is in a state of a period of major changes that's rarely seen in a century. Financial cooperation between China and Middle East countries is also facing both opportunities and many challenges and risks.
