摘要：自2013年提出至今，“一带一路”倡议受到国际社会普遍关注，取得了积极进展。在“一带一路”倡议实施过程中，旅游不仅是一个重要的经济合作领域，而且是连接“五通”的重要载体。旅游能以民间外交的方式带动政策融合、设施互通、经济合作、人员往来和文化交融。近年来，“一带一路”旅游合作快速发展，但其潜力仍未尽释放。

本书围绕“一带一路”与旅游合作，通过一手调研，并结合二手数据，对“一带一路”倡议已取得的进展进行客观评估；在此基础上，重点关注旅游在促进“一带一路”倡议实施方面所取得的进展、积累的经验和面临的问题，并就如何使旅游更好地助推“一带一路”倡议实施提出政策建议。

作为国内首部较为系统、全面地研究“一带一路”倡议背景下旅游合作进展的专题性成果，本书对“一带一路”倡议提出至今八年多的进展，尤其是旅游领域的合作进行研究，从定性和定量两个方面对其效果进行评估，并对“一带一路”倡议与旅游发展的互动机制进行分析。本书对全面了解和系统认识“一带一路”倡议下的旅游合作具有重要参考意义。

Abstract: Since it was first proposed in 2013,the Belt and Road Initiative has attracted widespread attention from the international community.During the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,tourism is not only an important area of economic cooperation, but also an important carrier to connect the“five links”.Tourism can promote policy integration,infrastructure connectivity,economic cooperation,people-to-people exchanges and cultural integration through people-to-people diplomacy.In recent years,tourism cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative has developed rapidly,but its potential remains untapped.

Focusing on the Belt and Road Initiative and tourism cooperation,this book provides an objective assessment of the progress made by the Belt and Road Initiative through first-hand research and secondary data.On this basis,focus on the progress,accumulated experiences and problems faced by tourism in promoting the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,so as to put forward policy suggestions on how to make tourism better promote the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.

As the first thematic study on the progress of tourism cooperation under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative in China,this book systematically studies the progress of the Belt and Road Initiative over the past seven years,especially the cooperation in the field of tourism,and evaluates its effects from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.It also analyzes the interaction mechanism between the Belt and Road initiative and tourism development.This book is of great reference significance for promoting a comprehensive and systematic understanding of tourism cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
