胡斌，湖北黄石人，先后获得武汉大学英文系文学学士、城市规划与设计专业工学硕士、环境与资源保护法学硕士和博士学位，现任教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地武汉大学环境法研究所副所长，兼任中国法学会环境资源法学研究会副秘书长、民革武汉大学委员会副主委。翻译出版《〈环境与发展国际盟约（草案）〉评注》，参编《法律英语》《环境法系列专题研究》等多部著作。
马亮，河南信阳人，武汉大学环境法研究所博士研究生/马斯特里赫特大学法学院联合培养博士生，主要研究环境法学。曾在美国阿肯色州立中央大学访问交流，任广东省法学会环境资源法学研究会理事，主编《法律英语（美国法律）》《金融法》等著作。
