Abstract

Abstract : Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, transportation, as a leading, basic and strategic industry for national economic development, has made extraordinary achievements.However, in terms of high efficiency, safety, intensive, green and intelligent, as well as the integration of various modes of transport and three-dimensional interconnection requirements, there are still some problems in the construction of comprehensive transport system in China: unbalanced development, inadequate problems are still relatively prominent; the layout of the integrated transport network is not balanced enough; the connection of various transportation modes is not smooth enough; the driving force of technological innovation in transportation is insufficient; transportation and related industries are less integrated; the proportion of low-carbon green travel still needs to be improved; comprehensive transportation system and mechanism has not been well straightened out.

Focusing on the topic of“high-quality construction of comprehensive transportation system”, this book objectively evaluates the effectiveness and shortcomings of China's comprehensive transportation system construction through field research, literature review and public data, and looks forward to the development goals of comprehensive transportation system.Based on international comparison with the United States, Japan, Germany and Canada, it puts forward strategic ideas and policy implications for reference.Integrated development is an important feature and trend of the comprehensive transportation system, and this book focuses on the analysis of the integrated development of transportation, and analyzes the theoretical mechanism, main modes and implementation paths of transportation integration.With the advent of digital economy era, the phenomenon of digitalization and platformization of integrated transportation has attracted much attention, and online car-hailing is the product of this digitalization and platformization of transportation, which is the new business mode of digital development of integrated transportation system.In line with the digital economy and platform economy regulation policy transformation, it is inevitable to strengthen and improve the governance and supervision of the net car industry.

In the future, we should establish the strategic thinking of big transportation, big innovation and big platform, take the five development concepts of“innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared”as the guidance, accelerate the reform and innovation of comprehensive transportation management system as the support, take“safe, convenient, cost-effective, green and intelligent”as the main line, construct the comprehensive transportation system with high quality, and strive to open a new journey of building a strong transportation country.
