Introduction :According to the two reports of“National Survey and Study of the Current Situation of Mass Sports”,the lack of public sports-venue resources is the biggest bottleneck problem constraint to the development of mass sports.How to integrate and optimally allocate public sports-venue resources has been a hot issue among experts and scholars.The present studies mainly focus on analyzing its relevant theories in economics,marketing,policy,etc.which can not solve the problem effectively.This paper aims to give it a further research from a new aspect:digital information management.
Methods :The paper uses case analysis as the main research method.In this case,an effective digital information management system was built,based on the Internet and made the“smart card”as the core,to integrate successfully and effectively the public sports-venue resources,to optimize resource efficiency,and to serve mass sports.
Conclusion :Having analyzed the current situation of resource development and operation of public sports venues from the two latitudes of construction of sports facilities and development of mass sports in China,we propose a way of integration and optimization:enhance the advantages of local government functions,improve the efficiency of the allocation of public sports venues;complete the management system,optimize the management personnel configuration of public sports venues;introduce the industrialized sports management concepts,optimize management mode of public sports venues;introduce the industrialized sports management concepts,optimize management mode of public sports venues;use digital information technology,optimize and integrate public sports-venue resources.
Among them,the construction of a high efficient digital information management system for public sports venues,which is based on Internet and made the“smart card”as the core,is an effective strategy to realize the integration and optimized allocation of resources.Microcosmically,public sports venues serve mass sports conveniently,efficiently and economically to achieve the dual strategic significance of“quantity”and“quality”in economic and public benefits;macrocosmically,relevant departments through the computers can fully obtain a real-time passenger flow data of all sports venues and consumer sites of the sports bureaus and analyze these data so as to grasp the overall situation and provide the basis for decision-making.
