Introduction ：（1）To understand the current cognitive level of sports law that physical education students have through the investigation；（2）To give some simple views on sports law through research analysis；（3）To hope to find some more defects in the law and perfect the Sports Law through the popularity of the current sports law.
Methods ：Literature review，expert interviews，questionnaires survey and mathematical statistics methods.
Results ：（1）P.E.institutes and universities as the main training points of sports talents，there are still 73％ students choose the“do not understand”at the question of“Do you know the sports law of the People’s Republic of China？”.It indicates that the student’s knowledge of sports law is not high.，although Sports Law has issued for ten years time.（2）The student’s cognitive level of knowledge of sports law is not high，but they have high enthusiasm to learn the law.In the two questions of“Do you think sports law in our daily lifer？”And“Do you want to study sports law knowledge？”，18％ students think it is very important，63％important；in the second question，87％ students want to study sports law knowledge related.It shows that students are desire to learn Sports Law knowledge.（3）The students desire for the knowledge of sports law，but this school has not done adequately in this regard.It investigated that only several majors set up sports law class in P.E.institutes and universities，and the teacher taught some knowledge simply so as not to satisfy students desire for the knowledge.（4）In the issue of“which is the best way to accept the education of sports law？”，78％ students chose the“expert lecture.”The sports law has eight chapters，the contents are not so many.The author believes that the most economical way to teaching is expert lecture.it changes the learning environment so as to enhance student learning initiative.
Discussion/ Conclusion ：The implementation of sports law is later than other west country.Many places have still to be improved，but we can not wait until there is a perfect law.The author believes that：one of the Sports Law suits in our country should find the problem and solve the problem in the implementation，then improved the laws slowly.Thus，at first：our government should strengthen the propaganda to let more people know about sports law，and let more people know their rights and obligations；Second：P.E.institutes and universities should set up regular lectures on sports law in our country and let the sports students know the laws，finally the sports students as the second“propagator”should spread the knowledge to more people in society，only in this way can we have a harmonious China’s sports environment.
