Introduction ：The most important phenomenon in the late twentieth century and early twenty-first century developed，and the data communications equipment.Expanding Internet and other communications equipment in 1990，a new phase of industrial revolution occurred that has changed everything.The use of IT in organization changes that have a different effect in the organization，including organizational structure is，created Brings.Research shows the production of new forms of IT organizational structure in variable environments organizer role is playing.On the other hand，IT organization eliminates complexity and reduces the levels of organization.Previous research on information technology identified that it plays a decisive role in the introduction of novel forms of organizational structure in variable environments.On the other hand，information technology obviates organizational complexity and decreases organizational levels.The present study investigates the relationship between information technology and organizational structures in Khuzestan’s physical education Headquarter；Iran.
Methods ：Research community includes all the official clerks in Ahvaz as well as the sub-branches of the Headquarter.A total number of 165，115 official clerks in Ahvaz and 50 sub-branch experts，served，as the participants of the study.A descriptive study-survey and research tool to measure the standardized questionnaires and technology structure Robbins（1996）are the flagship reliable r＝0/81 respectively.In order to analyze the data using the Pearson correlation test significant research hypothesis α＝0/05 was considered.
Results ：The results showed that between IT and organizational structure Office of Physical Education in Khuzestan significant positive relationship was found（r＝0/95 and P ＝0/033）.Between IT and the scale of retail recognized（ P ＝0/003 and r＝0/273）IT complexity and significant relationship was observed（r＝0/195 and P ＝0/033）.However，between IT and Retail scale focused significant relationship was observed（r＝-145/0and P ＝0/114）.
Discussion/ Conclusion ：In general，the dimensions of IT organizational structure in the Physical Education Department in Khuzestan province have an impact.This finding results from research results，Wiling（2006），Johnson（2008），Brin and Martin（2008）matches，this effect is due to align information technology today problems in structural and administrative complexity on for sports organizations in order to prevent waste of time，capital，bureaucracy and severe wasting human resources in these organizations affects.
Finally Results ：Based on research results，information technology directly due to smaller organizational complexity to the management category.Also because of information，technology to facilitate the legal procedures within the organization is recognized directly.Sports organizations in the volume of activities，the same sports events，events and training courses and techniques are sports，the role of IT in improving work is defined Vela using modern technology can be better communication other parts to create more efficient and less on time to organize and to improve the focus and complexity of large amount of internal cassette.
