Introduction ：In the progress of“endeavoring to build a satisfying service-oriented government”，the 17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it was one of the most important goals of constructing welloff society in all-round way to“build up a nationwide public culture service system”.The Premier Wen jiabao said that we should promote the reform and development of health and sports undertakings and carry on the nationwide fitness campaign to improve the physique of the entire people.Thus，setting up and optimizing the public sport service system is an important task.To study public sport services is bound to study the classification of the entire system，because services with different content，nature and models took on different supply and demand mechanisms，funding mechanisms，management mechanisms.Wushu public service system can be a model of the classified study on public sport services.Because with the combination of Wushu，self-cultivation，health maintenance and martial morals，Wushu has a good general public basement，a research on supply mechanism of Wushu public service can enlighten on the research of other types of public sport services which is of great significance for further study of the various public sport services from different perspectives.
Methods ：Documentation method，expert counseling，interview and logic analysis.
Results ：（1）Wushu public service is the collection of public products and services which are provided by the service subject such as governments and Wushu associations，and so on.It has obvious publicity and it can satisfy the needs of people who practice Wushu and Wushu jobholders.Wushu service products are non-exclusive and non-competitive that makes Wushu provide public service.The supply subjects of Wushu public service include governments and Wushu associations，NPO，commercial organizations and community organizations；（2）Besides the general characters of public service and public sport service，Wushu public service has its dual attributes of productivity and social service，unprofitability and profitability，diversity，level-oriented and region and has the meaning and content of spiritual consumption；（3）The supply mechanism of Wushu public service can determine the effectiveness of Wushu public service.The efficiency of Wushu public service supply should be predicated on satisfying the common needs of Wushu practicers and Wushu jobholders；（4）The supply mechanisms of Wushu public service include government supply mechanism，market supply mechanism，society supply mechanism and comprehensive supply mechanism；（5）According to the actual development conditions of Wushu in our country，the main models of supply mechanism of Wushu public service are government-controlling（Wushu association first），market dominant（Wushu commercial organizations），social voluntary dominant（social organization and Wushu guidance station）and government-market-social linkage model.
Suggestion ：（1）Wushu administration departments should reorient their characters and positively convert from the traditional administration into modern service；（2）Vigorously develop NPO and Wushu community organization，compensate for the government and market supply；（3）According to the contents，financial capacity and the common needs of Wushu public service，appropriate supply patterns of Wushu public service should be chosen.
