四、Training训练

Muscle strength and muscle endurance are two aspects that have to be trained systematically for the footballer to perform at optimal level besides preventing injuries. Therefore appropriate training will lead to an improvement in performance through adaptations within the muscle,such as an increase in the size of the fibres,in the number of capillaries and in the level of certain endurance enzymes. Besides muscle strength and muscle endurance the player needs good coordination and balance for an efficient performance in a kicking action.
