三、Endurance Enzymes耐力酶

However training assists to improve the endurance capacity of the fast twitch fibres with systematic endurance training. Also certain enzymes found in the muscles determine the ability of the muscles to work aerobically whereas others regulate the use of fats. These are called endurance enzymes and the level found in the muscles of a well trained footballer is higher than an untrained player. Also we can find a large number of capillaries supplying the muscles of these players.To maintain a high level of these enzymes the footballer has to maintain his level of fitness as inactivity will lower its content.
