1． Professional Skills职业技能

Vision：To see where to go ／ what is possible with known resources．

远见：凭借已知信息辨清行动方向、洞察将来；

Plan：The route to success or improved performance for individuals and team （a continuous activity）．

计划：（在持续的活动中）为运动员个人和球队提供成功或竞技能力提高的路径；

Prepare：The program，the route to success，seasonal periods，matches，individual sessions．

准备：为赛季、比赛和个人训练取得成功准备计划与方案；

Organize：Practice，training sessions

组织：实践课和训练课；

Observe：From a MODEL of success － see ／ recognize ／ understand deficiencies．

观察：从成功的例子看／认识／了解其不足；

Instruct：Teach，explain，show，correct，and communicate．

指导：教学，解释，示范，改正和交流；

Know：Knowledge of excellent performance，standards of physical requirements etc．

了解：了解出色表现和体能要求的标准等；

Devise：Practice method，methods of understanding／ teaching．

设计：训练方法，理解方法／教学方法

Creativity：To device new method ／ thinking／ ways of planning，devising，teaching etc．

创造：设计新的计划、策划、教学的方法、理念和方式等；

Motivational：Encourage，promote positive attitude ／ response．
