智慧之中才有大乐,所有外相都会在智慧照耀下消融,如同太阳升起黑暗将不复存在。忘却物我的界限,达到无己、无功、无名的境界,才是真正的“逍遥”。顺应自然的本性、自然的变化,无拘无束,无依无靠,不受外物束缚,才能游于无穷。
True joy is found in wisdom. Under the illumination of wisdom, all illusory appearances melt away, just as darkness disappears with the rise of the sun. By cultivating wisdom, we are able to forget the boundaries between ourselves and the external world, and reach a state of selflessness and inaction. It is the true essence of “free and unburdened.”By aligning with our innate nature and the natural changes, free from the constraints of external influences, we can truly wander with Dao in the realm of infinity.
《庄子·齐物论》:“天地与我并生,而万物与我为一。”打破了所有界限,回归本性,再也没有纷扰与痛苦,此谓极乐。回归本性,自然发现所有含灵生命都是从同一清净圆明体中流露而出,尽虚空、遍法界,一切生命和我都是一个生命共同体,别人受苦就等于我们自己受苦,别人快乐就等于我们快乐,所以会无条件地帮助爱护别人,这是“同体大悲”“无缘大慈”。
As the Zhuangzi states, “The Heaven, the Earth, and I were produced together, and all things and I are one.”Shatter all boundaries and return to our innate nature, free from turmoil and pain—this is the greatest joy. Returning to our innate nature, we naturally realize that all sentient beings emanate from the same pure and luminous source, pervading the entire universe. All life forms and “we”are part of a shared life community. When others suffer, it is as if we suffer; when they rejoice, we, too, feel joy. This leads us to unconditionally help and care for others, embodying the principles of “compassion for all beings”and“boundless benevolence”.
因为懂了“一体”,自然就会包容。迷失本性,才会做出许多违背本性的动作。懂了“一体”自然心包太虚,收摄万有。诸天地万物都如同自己一身。孟子曰:“万物皆备于我矣。反身而诚,乐莫大焉。强恕而行,求仁莫近焉。”孟子说:万物的本性我都具备了。向内探求到至诚境界,便是最大的快乐。尽力按恕道办事,便是最接近仁德的道路。
Understanding the concept of “oneness”naturally leads to inclusivity.When we lose touch with our innate nature, we often act against it. Grasping the idea of “oneness”broadens the mind to encompass the vastness, embracing all things. Everything in the world becomes as much a part of us as our own body. Mencius
said, “All things are already complete in us. There is no greater delight than to be conscious of sincerity on self-examination. If we act with a vigorous effort at the law of reciprocity, when we seek for the realization of perfect virtue, nothing can be closer than our approximation to it.”
由于对于“一体”的认同,一定会反过来去帮助大众开启智慧,破除无明,去掉妄想、执着、愚痴的心,回归本性,离苦得乐。
Due to the recognition of “oneness”, we will inevitably strive to assist the masses in cultivating wisdom, dispelling ignorance, and shedding delusions,attachments, and foolishness. By returning to our innate nature, we move away from suffering and we find joy.
练功的动力,从简单的角度来讲,是快乐,但快乐应该以智慧引领!没有智慧引领的快乐,将逐渐沉溺甚至堕落;同样没有快乐的智慧,将会枯竭,沦为教条。所以练功的动力怎能缺少智慧。而智慧又怎能离开宽容与仁慈,没有宽容与仁慈的智慧只是自私自利的阴谋与邪智;没有智慧的宽容与仁慈,亦将成为祸害的开端。在圆融无碍的本性之中,从自我感觉之中超然解脱的大乐;从错谬的思维模式、认知方式洞然觉醒的大智;自他不隔毫端的同体大慈本就是一体。
The motivation for qigong practice, from a simple perspective, is joy, but this joy should be guided by wisdom. The joy without the guidance of wisdom may lead to indulgence or deviation; similarly, the wisdom without joy may go into rigidity and dogmatism. Thus, wisdom is an integral part of the driving force for qigong practice. And how can wisdom exist without tolerance and compassion? The wisdom without these qualities becomes merely a self-serving scheme; the tolerance and compassion without wisdom may become a starting point for harm. Within an unobstructed and harmonious nature, there is a profound joy in transcending self-centeredness; there is great wisdom in awakening from flawed thinking and perceptions; the boundless compassion that sees no distinction between ourselves and others is the essence of oneness.
练功最深层的动力,就是回归本性,是最自然的事,是最美好的事。
