As we all know, in many modern chronic and difficult diseases, malignant tumors have become the main diseases threatening human health and life, and the survival rate of advanced cancer has not improved much over the years. Our country advocates implementing anticancer strategy ahead of time, strives for early detection and early treatment, and the precancerous stage is one of the important links. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the understanding of precancerous changes, to make accurate diagnosis, and to take the timely and effective clinical treatment.

With the development of multi-dimensional and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment techniques of modern tumor medicine, TCM has been playing an irreplaceable and powerful role in the clinical treatment of tumors, and becoming more and more well known and recognized. After the 2018 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded, the immunotherapy for cancer is expected to be the most promising mean to cure cancer at present. However, due to the complexity, multidirectivity and uncontrollability of related immunodrugs in clinical pharmacological experiments, the immunotherapy still has many problems to be solved, such as the recurrence possibility and toxic reaction of CAR-T, PD-1, etc. resulting in limited clinical audiences and longterm efficacy, and the drugresistance of immunotherapy and the high cost are also problems that can not be ignored. At the same time, the innovative opportunities and unique advantages brought about to TCM begin to take root and sprout at an unknown rate.

The intensive research and scientific summary of TCM are of positive significance to enrich the cause of world medicine and promote life science research." "Medicine is a great way, and the responsibilities of medicine are so heavy". Inspired by Ge Hong, an ancestor who recorded"squeeze the juice of a hold of artemisia apiacea and take it all" into Zhouhou Beiji Fang more than 1700 years ago, Ms.Tu Youyou has become the first Chinese scientist who won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for successfully developing the artemisinin which has saved millions of lives. It makes us more firmly believe that the TCM endows the modern medicine with its frontier and overwhelming superiority.

In view of this, this outline attempts to start with the concrete implementation and theoretical framework of the grade Ⅰ prevention of modern clinical medicine in the precancerous intervention, take the theory, method, prescription and medicine of TCM as the core inspiration and entry point, and fully draw experience from the later TCM generations' theory and modern pathophysiology, to provide theoretical exploration and clinical enlightenment of innovative value and clinical significance for the majority of tumor clinical workers, so as to provide a set of practical and effective systematic schemes for modern clinical tumor treatment to improve the overall prevention and treatment ability and reduce the incidence, mortality and survival burden of cancer patients.
