In view of the high incidence rate and high mortality of malignant tumors in modern clinical medicine, the author has grasped the basic concept and the best entry point of precancerous lesions, clarified the core breakthrough point of cancer prevention and treatment, discussed the gaps and many shortcomings of modern medical screening and diagnosis, and given full play to the advantages of "preventive treatment of disease", macroscopic diagnosis, and readjustment and control of TCM according to the analysis of the frontier ideas and techniques of immunotherapy.Referring to Shanghan Lun and Huangdi Neijing , the medical literatures from ancient China, the author has deeply explored clinical mechanism and advantages of intervention in dizziness reaction of TCM, and discussed and summarized the diagnosis, etiology, location, pathogenesis and treatment of precancerous lesions according to the six-meridian syndrome differentiation.Thus, a systematic and comprehensive immunotherapy scheme of TCM is summarized. Finally, the psycho-social intervention of precancerous lesions is further discussed, thus, a relatively complete clinical medical train of thought is formed, which makes a model for "modern medicine in a TCM way" and "tumor prevention and treatment in the six meridians way", provides the possibility of further development and subversive extension of tumor immunotherapy, and provides a practical and reliable guarantee for the health development of human life.
