在2017年，我为淼淼的第一本书《一分钟面对面识人——写给HR和猎头们的超级实用工具书》写了序言。在那时，我知道她计划围绕“一分钟对视”完成四本书。现在，她的第二本书出版了，恭喜！

In Nov. 2017, I wrote a preface for Annie's first book One Minute Eye Reading—For HRs and Job-Hunters Skill Sets. At that time, I knew she planned to publish four books on Eye Reading technic. Now, she made the second book published. Congratulations！

多年以前，在我的家乡韩国，我曾经为家庭组织了很多活动，也出版了一本关于如何成为教练式家长的书。在这本书里，我分享了一个练习方法：列出50个孩子的优点。很开心看到淼淼在她的书中采用了这个练习，分享给更多家庭。

Many years ago, in my hometown Korea, I also organized many events for families and published a book for how to be coaching style parents. In this book, I shared one practice: list 50 items for children's advantages. Glad that Annie borrowed this practice in her book and even adapted it for more families.

我还看到她在书中运用了4P测评的工具和30个强有力问题的工具去帮助更多家庭，我很欣赏她这样做。

Now I found Annie not only applied this practice, but also 4P assessment and 30 powerful questions from coaching skills. I really appreciate that.

作为一名父亲，我知道要成为一个好父亲或者好母亲有多么不容易。我也目睹了我的妻子为家庭的付出。我的女儿现在已经长大了，我知道，父亲只是我众多身份中的一个。我从我的生命中学到了如何成为一个好父亲、好老师、好学生。

As a father of a daughter, I know how hard to be a good father or mother. I also witnessed my wife's contribution to the family. As my daughter grows up, I understand, being a father is one of my identities. I learned from my life how to be a good father, a teacher, a student.

最后，我希望更多人阅读这本书，完成书中的练习。

At last, I hope more people read this book, finish the practice in this book.
