Application of SecOC Based on SM4 Algorithm for Communication Security of Bus in Vehicle

Abstract: In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's Internet of Vehicles industry, the symmetric en-cryption algorithm generated by MAC is studied in this paper, according to the principle of SECOC secure communication mechanism in AUTOSAR specification. In this paper, based on the security framework of SECOC, the SM4 algorithm of the State Security is used to generate MAC, and MAC is added to the onboard communication in CAN to ensure the information security of the onboard CAN bus communication. Considering the high real-time requirement of vehicle network communication, the application scheme was verified by experiments.
