In 2017, I had the privilege to represent MINI CLUB SCOOBY to participate in the communication ,sharing and cooperation on educational concepts and practical operation of kindergartens in Chengdu, China. In addition,I was very fortunate to make many friends here.

Ms. He Lei is one of them. She possesses a trait that distinguishes her from others, that is, she has a deep understanding of children. Because of her long-term insistence on the study of children aged 0-6, she rejected all dogmatism, so as to analyze the whole educational system of kindergartens in China very clearly. She drew on the experience of reforms in Italy, Japan and Germany as well as many achievements in children's development science, after which she gave many feasible measures for the implementation program. In the course of further communication, we together drew up a blueprint for the future education of kindergartens.

In the course of the conversation,I also learned Ms. He Lei had carried out lots of academic researches on the young children(0-6)during her pursuit of higher degree in Germany. Her projects have many similarities with SCOOBYLAND's educational philosophy. At that time, I decided to launch a deeper conversation with Ms. He Lei and share with her many problems that related to the field of education in Italy and China, especially in the academic field of education for young kids.

In the past three years, especially in March 23, 2019 China and Italy signed the memorandum of "the belt and road", China and Italy aimed at applying the historical symbol of the ancient Silk Road, holding high the banner of peaceful development, so as to develop economic cooperation and partnership with the countries along the border, to jointly build the community of shared interests/destiny/responsibility in political mutual trust, economic integration and cultural inclusion. In the process of exchanging academic ideas, we have become true friends based on the understanding of children's research. I also shared a number of opinions with the education authorities in Novara, Italy. We continue to study the application of gamification in environment setting and curriculum, children's psychology have always been focused. Ms. He has provided a completely fresh route of education reform for the majority of children educators, and for this reason, she has also shown great optimism and confidence.

Reform possesses the magic to enable everyone to develop beyond his or her original level by learning. The goal of education reform is not to incorporate schools into policy concepts at all costs. On the contrary, after fully considering our history and characteristics, educational reform should stimulate schools to remain forefront of the new age.The comprehensive growth and free development of children should always been regarded as the core of the policy.

Recently, I heard that Ms. He collected her research results from 0 to 3 and 3 to 6 years old to be published, which would provide the first management guide for nurseries aged 0 to 6 years old in China. During this period, she also received support from the government, universities, relevant research institutions and research groups. I feel extremely glad for this achievement, at the same time, because of the difficulty of this work, I sincerely appreciate her efforts.

Education is fair to everyone, no matter what country or nationality you belong to, or even what kind of religious belief you have. In the delivery of truth, goodness and beauty, we all need to open our minds and work together with practitioners and caring people from all over the world to be the companions of children's life growth and help them discover the beauty around us.
