1.May I do the turn down service for you now?
turn down service的意思是“夜床服务，做晚床服务”，在酒店口语中经常用到。如Turn down service; may I come in?（夜床服务：我能进来吗？）
2.Why not?
Why not表示同意或赞成，对应中文的“好的；可以呀；为什么不可以呢”，在口语中非常常见。此外why not...?还可以表示劝诱、建议或命令，意思是“……怎么样？为什么不……呢？”如Why not ask someone else?（问问别人怎么样？）
