作者简介

小笹芳央

1961年出生于大阪。早稻田大学政治经济学部毕业后，进入了Recruit公司工作。2000年，成立Link and Motivation公司，就任该公司董事长。现在是该公司董事会会长。该公司成立8年后在东证一部上市，凭借“动机管理”这一独特的技术，得到了各行各业的支持，成立以来一直在急速成长，作为朝气蓬勃的企业咨询公司备受瞩目。现在，该公司开展了以动机为切入点的企业变革咨询事业、支持个人事业发展的学校事业、与企业和个人相匹配的人才介绍事业、派遣事业的团体代表事业。小笸芳央积极参加演讲会和电视节目，出版了《公司的品格》（幻冬舍）、《动机管理》（PHP文库）等著作。
