Abstract

With the acceleration of the globalization process, air transportation strategic alliance is becoming more and more important. Organically blending airfreight into modern logistics services is an inevitable trend to develop the aviation logistics. Aviation Logistics is an important foundation for the goal of the popularization of civil aviation, and its main transportation mode is air transportation. In the process of goods flowing from supplying place to receiving place, in order to meet the needs of the owners of goods, it organically combines the logistics functions together to achieve the twin goals of efficiency and benefits. Aviation Logistics Strategic Alliance is a non-contractual organizational form which organically combines the main logistics functions together. This paper analyzes the general development issues and the latest research results of aviation logistics. Guided and directed by the development trend of aviation logistics, it focus the research on the aviation logistics strategic alliance that is an open and dynamic organizational form. It deeply excavates the essence of the basic concepts, elaborates the nature and characteristics and others of aviation logistics, aviation logistics services, and aviation logistics strategic alliance, etc., in detail, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the practice that our country carries out the industry of aviation logistics strategic alliance.

This paper analyzes and discusses the theoretical results concerning the stability of the various disciplines, and mainly makes a research on main methods and research ideas which are suitable for the research of the stability of aviation logistics strategic alliances. By comparing different fields, it gives the concept of stability and the management practices of stability in foreign logistics alliance. By adopting the comparative, inductive and deductive methods, it systematically puts forward the connotation and denotation of the concept of the stability of aviation logistics strategic alliance, creatively proposes the growth theory and the theory of two-dimensional stability of Aviation Logistics Strategic Alliance, and makes an analogy simulation experiment and a extension of theoretical innovation ideas for the theory of two-dimensional stability.

Aiming at the identification issues of the factors affecting the stability of the aviation logistics strategic alliance, it gets a number of factors of the general strategic alliances from the literature survey, and these influential factors are undoubtedly applicable to the aviation logistics strategic alliances which are a particular form of industrial organization with their own characteristics. And how to identify the factors that influence the stability and have the characteristics of the aviation logistics industry is the focus of this study. By using the cellular automaton as a modeling tool of the evolution of the industry, this paper effectively identifies three factors of stability, such as the costs of aviation logistics, the coordination ability of dots and lines, and logistics concentration, and deeply carries out the study of sensitivity of the above three factors and aviation logistics market segments. It also organizes the participants of aviation logistics industry to make a behavioral event interview, and it takes the interview as a test and supplementary to the documents factor identification and evolution and emulation factors identification.

By referencing the design ideas of NASA-TXL, it innovatively designs the stability load scale of aviation logistics alliance, which is used for data survey and collection. The survey objects are 22 experts and scholars who are more familiar with the relevant business and management of Aviation Logistics Strategic Alliance, and sources of the survey objects shall cover various functions related businesses and services sectors of the whole aviation logistics as far as possible.

In order to ensure the validity of the stability quantitative models determination practice, it adopts the ideas of parallel modeling, and it plans to make the modeling by simultaneously using two approaches: the first idea is to apply a new method to the modeling of stability determination, and the second one is a stability modeling determination of optimizing the mature methods. The stability perception and determination model of aviation logistics strategic alliance based on Bayes determination method can effectively determine the stability level of the actual alliances and is conductive to b e applied to the engineering practice. Secondly, the stability determination model based on improving multi-regression method has a simple structure, and its ability to determinate the accuracy approximates to that of the modeling of Bayes approaches.

The research on stability system design provided a feasibility reference for the practice of aviation logistics strategic alliance and laid a foundation for the further development of policies. Starting from the complementation effect and synergy effect of the general cooperative research, it designs the stability complementation mechanism and stability s ynergy mechanism of the stability of aviation logistics strategic alliance. The former contains the ability complementation, incentive complementation, restraint complementation and supervision complementation, and the latter includes learning synergy, trust synergy, competition and collaboration synergy and culture synergy. Finally, it puts forwards the stability management strategies of four major alliances: the fourth party logistics thinking, the chain alliance combination management, the stability growth map and the adjustment of alliances' ecological niche.
