A peacock laughed at the dull feathers of a crane. He said,“Look, how bright my feathers are. They are so much better than your poor feathers.” The crane said, “I don’t deny that your feathers are better. However, my feathers allow me to fly up to the clouds, while your feathers weigh you down like a rooster on a dunghill.”
