作者简介

岩井虔

1936年1月25日出生于中国哈尔滨，在千叶县和德岛县长大。1954年毕业于德岛县立胁町高等学校，1958年毕业于京都大学教育学院，之后进入松下电器工作。1961年，调到PHP研究所，之后负责研究、编辑、国际、研修四个部门的工作。1992年，担任该研究所专务董事、局长，1997年卸任。曾任该研究所顾问，现为该研究所特邀人员。在PHP研究所所长松下幸之助的熏陶下，在PHP研究所工作了28年。30多年来主要面向企业家提供PHP研讨会的培训和演讲。
