在做单选题的时候，考生可能会出现以下状况：
录音太快了，还没有意识到答案出现了，录音就结束了。
录音太长了，好像每句都听懂了，但是却记不住。
似乎听懂了，但是三个选项好像都对（或者都不对）。
很确定选哪一个，结果是错的。
其实这些都是考生在考试过程中常出现的问题，那么如何利用高效的解题步骤来解决单选题呢？
1 精读题干。 录音开始前通常会给考生30秒左右的准备时间，为了做到有目的、有准备地应对，考生需要仔细阅读题干。以《剑桥雅思官方真题集14》Test 2-Part 2中的11~15题为例，5道单选题的题干均给出了前半句话，需要考生选择后半句，那么这些题干里有哪些信息是需要考生掌握的呢？

13 In some of the rooms , visitors can
14 In the castle park , visitors can
15 At the end of the visit, the group will have
从题干中考生可以预测与答案相关的信息：
11题：答案会出现在不容替换的关键词Queen Elizabeth I和1576附近。
12题：城堡在1982年被卖给了谁？
13题：在城堡的一些屋子里，游客可以做什么？
14题：在城堡的公园里，游客可以做什么？
15题：参观结束，旅行团将要做什么？
以上是在录音开始前要掌握的信息。有的考生可能觉得30秒钟获取这么多信息是不现实的，其实不然。那么，考生该如何获取与答案相关的信息呢？
（1）不要去读选项。因为时间有限且干扰项对考生的影响较大，极有可能所有选项都会出现在录音中，所以为了避免做题时先入为主，不读选项是明智的选择。
（2）提炼关键词。参考以上题干的黑体部分，题干的人名、地名和时间这些定位信息是一定要注意的；同时也需要注意表示时间顺序的副词；注意表示人物态度、意图、情感的形容词；注意表示实际动作的动词。
2 依次找答案。 选择题是按顺序出题的，所以录音开始后顺着题号找答案，并注意做题的节奏：
（1）录音开始时，找出题干关键词并依次扫读选项，划出选项中的生词但不要停留。
（2）遇到听不懂的细节也不要停留思考太久，直接跳过。
（3）每一题的答案相隔不会太远，如果不太确定本题答案，快速移至下一题。
（4）答案一般在题干关键词前后出现，注意关键词很可能被同义替换。
（5）正确的选项不太可能是原词重现，一般是同义替换。在选择题中，同义转换尤为常见，题干、正确选项和干扰项都有可能出现同义转换。
3 亡羊补牢。 如果出现漏听的情况，不要思考太久，也不必过于担心，调整状态进入下一部分。誊写答案的时候一般时间会比较充裕，此时再去回忆看看能否有些思路。实在没有印象，考生还可以进行大胆猜测！这里有一些提升猜题命中率的Tips：
（1）雅思听力选择题考查的是考生识别同义替换的能力，所以在选答案时要采取反套路，听到什么就要慎选什么，即不能在录音中听到什么就选什么。
（2）语气较为绝对的选项慎选。如果在选项中出现了一些意思很绝对的词，如every、all、always、only、merely等，可以适当进行排除。
（3）如果在题干关键词之后连续出现了两个甚至三个选项，那么最后一个出现的更有可能是答案。
请按此答题思路，再听一遍录音，完成答题后核对答案。
