常考 adj. 摇摆不定的；犹豫不决的 ：if you say that someone is ambivalent about something , they seem to be uncertain whether they really want it, or whether they really approve of it
举例 The senator’s remark that she is ambivalent about running for a second term is persuasive.

注意 run for为短语，意思是“参加选举，竞选”。
