如何提升自己讲故事的水平呢？

方法1：增加文字“细节”

通过变化词汇和句型，强调句子的某些成分。

原句：He fell into the river.

提升：What happened to him was that he fell into the river.

原句：He opened the letter.

提升：What he did was open the letter.

提升：What happened was that he opened the letter.

方法2：自问自答

在卡片陈述部分，采用一些设问句很有好处。这样可以引起听众的注意，跟考官形成互动。比如：

You can guess how I felt.

What do you think he did?

And then do you know what he did?

You’ll never guess what happened next.

Imagine my surprise when...

方法3：插曲+回到故事

有的时候，因为担心考官听不懂，所以要做一些解释。但是在解释完毕之后，可以提示考官要回到故事了。

方法4：重读、轻读和升降调

重读的单词一定是强调的。一个句子里面，重读不同的地方，就会有不同的效果。

升降调也很重要。同一个句子不同的升降调效果也差别很大。试着体会：
