The record of the original experimental data should be a permanent record that can still be consulted many years later,and it is also the original data of scientific research and writing papers.Students should develop a rigorous scientific attitude and the spirit of seeking truth from facts during the experiment,and record the experimental data according to the following requirements.
(1)The original data shall be recorded in the notebook with page number,and any page shall not be torn off.Data shall not be recorded in other places and copied afterwards.
(2)The contents recorded shall include the experimental process,phenomenon,instrument,reagent test and dosage,etc.The data shall not be randomly pieced up or forged.
(3)When recording the experimental data,several significant figures should be kept to match the accuracy of the instrument used.In order to avoid error accumulation caused by rounding,one more significant digit should be reserved in the intermediate step.
(4)Every data in the experiment should be recorded.If correction is needed,a line can be drawn on the incorrect data,and then the correct data can be written on the top or beside.It is not allowed to be altered,and the readability of all data should be maintained.
For a group of single measured data,the Q-test method can be used to determine the choice of suspicious data,and then calculate the arithmetic mean.Relative mean deviation,standard deviation and relative standard deviation are used to express the precision of analysis results.
