命题解析
在2010年首次进行的考研英语（二）考试中，小作文考查了私人感谢信这一书信题型，2011年再次考查了私人书信这一题型，不过本次考的是祝贺+建议信。
建议信是国内考试最喜欢考查的书信类型，2001年6月与2004年1月，四级写作曾两次考查建议信；而2007、2008、2009年考研写作则连续三年考查建议信。2011年命题再次提醒众多考生：考研英语（二）写作复习的重中之重仍是考研写作历年真题！
两种书信结合的形式在考研写作命题历史上曾出现过两次：分别是2005年的辞职+道歉信，以及2008年的道歉+建议信。如此命题的目的之一是反押题。
本题共两点提纲，最好每点提纲各写一段。第一段开门见山地表明写作目的——祝贺入学即可；第二段可提出与大学生活与学习相关的两至三点建议；第三段进行小结。
