Three Variations of the Diet

There are three variations and phases of The Baby Food Diet:

First is the Baby Food Fast which is designed for quick weight loss. While on the Baby Food Fast, you can expect to lose 10 to 15 pounds over two weeks. The Baby Food Fast is not to be followed for more than 14 to 21 continuous days at any one time. (See exact menu on page 82).

Second is the Baby Food Reduction Diet which is the core diet for losing weight steadily. If you are not in a hurry to lose weight, you can skip the Baby Food Fast and start with the Baby Food Reduction Diet. It is simple to follow and should be continued until you reach your target weight no matter how long that takes. On this diet, you will slowly lose your excess weight and easily reach your target goals. The Baby Food Reduction Diet is very healthy. Generally, you can stick to this diet for anywhere between 6 weeks and 25 weeks. (See exact menu on page 82).

Third is the Baby Food Maintenance Diet which is designed to be your forever diet once reaching your goals. With the Baby Food Maintenance Diet, you will never again experience the yo-yo phenomenon common in other diets. (See exact menu on page 82).

Whichever of the three variations you choose, The Baby Food Diet is the perfect regimen to keep you lean and healthy.

As for the actual baby food, there are many varieties. You may not like them all, but most are very tasty. Also, baby food containers are easy to carry during the day and most do not need to be refrigerated. That's another practical reason why The Baby Food Diet is much easier to be faithful to than any other diet in the world.

The only drawback of The Baby Food Diet is that it takes a few days for your digestive system to adjust. Actually, this is true with all diets. However, the discomfort will soon pass and your body will adapt to your new eating habits, and it will become natural and easy. In fact, it will not be long before you experience a much higher energy level than you were used to in the past. You will also experience so many other amazing benefits, like better sleep, sharper mental focus, and a more positive attitude. Of course, the most obvious difference is your svelte appearance. The Baby Food Diet does something that all diets preach: establish portion control. Baby food comes premeasured, so serving size is automatic which means the number of calories consumed is consistent and offset by the number of calories burned. Baby food is rich in vitamins and provides everything that your body needs apart from protein which can be added with supplements, lean red meats, fish, or chicken. Eggs are another option. For example, bring a hard-boiled egg with you as a source of protein. Low-fat milk and low-fat dairy products are another way to add protein. People who are vegetarians can also get protein from sources such as soybeans, soymilk, beans, and lentils. When it comes to protein, change your source on different days to add variety to meals.
