详解： 这个句型用来表示某事物很重要，句意与单独使用important这个形容词接近，但是更多用于书面写作中。

我经常通过读书来放松身心。
详解： body和mind是可数名词，句子的主语是单数的时候，它们都要用单数，句子的主语为复数时，它们也要相应地使用复数形式。
