1.0.1 This code is developed to standardize the construction and acceptance of underground watersealing oil-storage rock cavern projects，to ensure the quality of the project，to achieve safe and applicable，to be technologically advanced，to be economical and reasonable，and to protect the environment.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of underground water-sealing rock cavern projects for storing crude oil，oil products，etc.
1.0.3 In addition to this code，the construction and acceptance of water-sealing underground oilstorage rock caverns shall also comply with other current national codes and standards.
