4.3.1 The general layout of the construction sites shall be planned in a unified way and arranged at stages according to the project scale，construction period，landscape features，water source and power supply.
4.3.2 The sites and temporary works shall be arranged in such way that damages from natural disasters such as flood，debris flow，collapse and landslide shall be prevented.
4.3.3 The construction site layout shall include the following contents:
1 Site roads；
2 Locations of auxiliary facilities and sites used for assembly and maintenance of heavy-duty machinery；
3 Concrete mixer station or yard，prefabrication yard，and sand/aggregate storage yard；
4 Temporary drainage system inside the site；
5 Spoil yard；
6 Structural member processing plant；
7 Other production and living facilities.
4.3.4 The temporary works shall be constructed to be of high quality and safety and shall also comply with the following requirements:
1 The roads shall meet the requirements of transportation capacity and travel safety；
2 The transformer layout and power line laying shall comply with relevant requirements in the current industrial standard JGJ 46 Technical Code for Safety of Temporary Electrification Use on Construction Site ；
3 The involved houses of all kinds shall comply with relevant safety and fire control specifications according to their nature；
4 The location of the blasting agent storage house shall comply with relevant requirements in the currentnational standard GB 50089 Safety Code for Design of Engineering of Civil Explosive Materials ；
5 For the temporary works and the site layout，measures shall be taken to protect the natural environment.
4.3.5 The spoil yard shall be maintained and protection structures shall be built according to the design，and reclamation or landscaping shall be done.
