4.2　Technical preparations

4.2.1　The technical preparations shall ensure that the smooth interfacing and on-site check of the control stakes and bench marks，which should be rechecked with the same accuracy.

4.2.2　The construction plan shall include:

1　Project overview；

2　Project construction features，challenges and precautions，as well as requirements on project construction period，safety，quality，health，site cleaning，environmental protection，etc.；

3　Layout of sites and temporary facilities at ground surface，layout of underground pipelines，as well as compressed-air supply，water supply and power supply；

4　Construction schemes and process；

5　Supply plan for machinery，labor and main materials；

6　Construction schedule and relevant progress indexes；

7　Construction management，project quality and safety guarantee measures；

8　Direct and potential impacts on the environment during project construction，as well as prevention and protection measures taken.
