1．道歉便条的内容构成

（1）道歉行为和内容：I'm sorry that I couldn't keep our 2 o'clock appointment.

（2）道歉的具体理由：There is to be an urgent conference in my department this afternoon and I have to make some preparation for it.

（3）弥补方法：Could we meet at 3 o'clock on this Friday afternoon？
