1.投诉便条的内容构成

(1)抱怨、投诉行为:I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem with the quality of your shoes I bought in your store yesterday.

(2)要求弥补、纠正、赔偿:I hope you will address this problem.

(3)对弥补、纠正的敦促或威胁:I will never do business with you again.

2.投诉便条的语言表达

(1)投诉行为。

① I'm writing to report problems with your hotel.

② I'm writing to bring your attention to the problems I have had with your service.

③ I'm writing to complain about the quality of the shoes.

④ I can't bear the noise any more.

(2)要求对问题作出弥补。

① I hope you can address this problem soon.

② I hope you will take steps to remedy the situation soon.

③ Would you please turn it down a little?

④ It would be very kind of you to repair the air conditioner today.

(3)对不作为的威胁(一般不必要)

① You must remedy the situation,or I will take it to the court.
