1．投诉便条的内容构成

（1）抱怨、投诉行为：I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem with the quality of your shoes I bought in your store yesterday.

（2）要求弥补、纠正、赔偿：I hope you will address this problem.

（3）对弥补、纠正的敦促或威胁：I will never do business with you again.

2．投诉便条的语言表达

（1）投诉行为。
