Apple St. which was named after an actual street in the United States.Considering the outdoor space in front of the building, the designer want ed to deliver the pleasant and cheerful mood one might feel on a picnic,and for which he introduced images such as a bicycle, checked pattern of a picnic blanket and streetscape.

The interior space is refreshing with the menus in mint color and the checked stainless steel awning above the counter. The awning, a symbol of Apple St., is also found on the ceiling of the hall, functioning as a shade that protects the customers from the direct sunlight and the rain.The ‘space in space’ design creates an experience of weaving through alleys on the bicycle with a box of lunch in search of a picnic venue like a pocket space between buildings. The outdoor feel is strengthened by the red bricks, cement bricks, bicycle road sign on the floor, and the signage on the wall in the kitchen and meeting room.

Apple St. offers a pleasant and memorable place that is evocative of a pic nic.
