摘要

《上海文化交流发展报告(2021)》以“人与自然,共建人类卫生健康共同体”为主题,就后疫情时代的文化交流模式、内容及传播形式、可持续性合作、国家形象塑造等问题进行了深入考察与思考。全书内容共分为:总报告、新全球化下的国家秩序与国际合作、对外文化交流的可持续性与转变、国家形象与文化传播、港澳台文化交流与实践五部分。

总报告《在不断变小的世界中寻求实用主义与保护主义的国际合作》分析了疫情之后复杂多变的世界情势,梳理了线上线下上海多重文化艺术交流态势、互联网的新传播模式,多角度阐述了在新全球化时代重塑国家文化形象、加大对外文化交流与文化传播、寻求多样化国际合作的重要性。“新全球化下的国家秩序与国际合作”从全球抗疫的角度观察了:新冠肺炎疫情防控标语中的“战争”修辞及其所内涵的复合文化意义;韩国首尔与大邱两个疫情中心城市的抗疫故事;法国抗疫中的自由民主与防疫措施之间的矛盾;口罩议题中的东西方文化差异与冲突。“对外文化交流的可持续性与转变”总结了为支持海外青年汉学家开展中国研究而搭建的全球性平台“青年汉学家研修计划”(上海班)的五年工作实践与探索经验,思考如何推动世界认识一个“真实、立体、全面的中国”,以更好地实现中外文明的交流互鉴;考察了中国和印尼妈祖文化互动发展600年的主要成果,阐述了妈祖文化是人类命运共同体的生动表达形态;梳理了日本国际交流基金为应对新冠疫情所开展的活动及战略,为我们提供了参考;考察了中国民营文化企业在智利首都圣地亚哥市举办的中国彩灯节的运营状况,探讨了作为国家“走出去”战略的重要组成部分的“文化走出去”的可行性经验。“国家形象与文化传播”从多国多元文化多种视角探讨了国家文化形象、文化回归和文化输出等问题:以20世纪在西方英语世界译介传播中国文化的海外华人蒋彝为例,考察了人际传播的交际模式与传播特点;梳理了英国圣公会在华设立的广济医院的两位院长梅藤更与苏达立,为中国近代医疗卫生事业的发展所做出的卓越贡献,该院在今日演变为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院,在新冠疫情抗疫中表现出色;关注了日本第二次世界大战后文坛的一个独特存在,长谷川四郎笔下的中国,背后几乎都沉潜着鲁迅的影子;探讨了日本文学的上海书写,林京子以一系列上海题材的作品叩问历史与自我;通过对德国法兰克福书展首次因新冠肺炎疫情转向数字化的案例,立足文学公共领域和文学机制的概念,阐述了当代德语文学机制的基本形态和变革趋向。“港澳台文化交流与实践”对台湾少数民族进行了详实考察,肯定了台湾少数民族文化对加强两岸产业合作、打造两岸共同市场具有重要意义;重新梳理了以香港电影为代表的香港大众文化在20世纪70年代中后期的历史生成,充分讨论其在回归后,本地电影制作的衰落和“北上”融入中国电影版图的当代意义。

Abstract

Themed as“Human and Nature,Building a Community of Human Health and Wellness”,Report on Shanghai Cultural Communication development(2021)focus on the cultural exchange modes,contents and forms of communication,sustainable cooperation,and national image building in the post-epidemic era. The book was divided into five parts:the general report,national order and international coopera tion in new globalization,sustainability and transformation of external cultural ex change,nation image and cultural communication,cultural exchanges and practices in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.

The general report “Seeking Pragmatism and Protectionist International Coop eration in an Ever-Smaller World”analyzes the complex and changeable world situ ation after the epidemic,compares the multiple situation of Shanghai’s culture be tween online and offline,the new communication mode on the internet,and ex plains the importance of reshaping the nation cultural image,increasing external cultural exchanges and cultural communication,seeking diversified international cooperation in the new globalization era.

“National Order and International Cooperation in New Globalization”follows the four themes:the rhetoric and cultural meanings of the word “war”in the slogan of the fighting with COVID-19;the stories of the fight against the epidemic in Seoul and Daegu,South Korea;the contradiction between liberal democracy and epidemic prevention measures in the fight against the epidemic of France;and the cultural differences and conflicts between the East and the West from the issue of masks.

“Sustainability and Transformation of External Cultural Exchange”first reviewed the work and experiences of Young Sinologists Training Program(Shanghai Class)in this five years,the program is a global platform to support young overseas sinologists in their Chinese studies,considered how to promote a“real,three-dimensional and comprehensive China”for the world and realizing the exchange of Chinese and foreign civilizations. Second,explored the achievements of interaction between Chinese and Indonesian Mazu cultures in 600 years,explained why Mazu cultures is a vivid expression of the community of human destiny. Third,summarized the activities and strategies of the Japanese International Exchange Fund in Covid-19 which provide us with a reference. Report also focused on the op eration of the Chinese Lantern Festival which organized by private Chinese cultural enterprises in the Chilean capital,Santiago,discussed the feasibility experiences of“culture going out”as an important part of the nation strategy“go globally”.

“Nation Image and Cultural Communication”explores the issues of national cultural image,cultural return and cultural export from multiple perspectives of multiculturalism in multiple countries. First,report examines the communicative patterns and communication characteristics of interpersonal communication,focused on the overseas Chinese Jiang Xi who was translating and spreading Chinese Culture in the western English-speaking world in 20 th . Second,report focused on the two directors of the Anglican-established Guangji Hospital in China,David Duncan Main and Stephen Douglas Sturton,who have made great contributions to the development of modern Chinese medical and health care,GuangJi Hospital changed into The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine and did an excellent job in the fighting of Covid-19. Third,focused on Hasegawa Sirou who was a unique presence in Japan’s post-war literary scene,the China he wrote about is influenced by LuXun. Fourth,discussed the Shanghai writing in the Japanese literature,Hayasi Kyoko asked about history and self with a series of Shanghai-themed works. Fifth,studied the case of the Frankfurt Book Fair in Ger many,which first turned digital due after Covid-19,explained the basic forms and trends of change in contemporary German-language literary mechanism,based on the concept of literary public sphere and literary mechanism.
