For most trade shows the application will be sent by fax or mail. For some large and well established trade shows application forms might be sent by email.Others may have a website from which the application form can be downloaded.The organizers of a trade show want the contact information of each potential display.They also want to know where the business would like its booth to be in the show space.

A：I'll keep an eye out for it. When it comes through， I'll let you know.
B：I don't mind if you fill it out. I'm going to be in meeting all day anyway.

A：Actually, it was pretty quiet here this morning. I already filled it out.
B：Thanks, Bill！That makes my job easier. I'll just take a look through it then.
