Should students watch videos of how experiments are done so they don’t have to do the experiments themselves？
1.实验视频不可能展示所有环节，操作者在幕后还要下很大的功夫，所以你看到的并不是全部。
2.自己做实验，可能会在过程中遇到一些问题，解决问题才能获得知识。
I don’t think this is a good idea. The point of having students do experiments in the lab is that they can learn how to carry out the experiments themselves and they have a chance to put into practice what they have learned in class. No matter how many times you watch how an experiment is done in an online video, you are not going to see everything. A 2-minute video might have taken hours or even days of preparation which you don’t see in a video. And when you get around to doing it yourself, it isn’t going to be the same, problems will pop up, and solving problems is the best part of trying to make something work because you’ll learn a lot of valuable things in the process. This is the part of your education that you really can’t skip.
我觉得这不是个好主意。让学生进实验室做实验的目的就在于让学生学会如何自己进行实验操作，并且有机会把他们在课堂上学到的东西付诸实践。网上的实验教学视频，不管你看多少遍，都不可能看到所有的东西。一个2分钟的视频也许花了几个小时甚至几天的时间去准备，这些都是你在视频中看不到的。当你自己做实验的时候，情况会很不一样，你会遇到很多问题，而解决问题才是设法完成某事时最精彩的部分，因为在这个过程中你会学到很多很有价值的东西。这是你所受教育中不能遗漏的一个环节。
