I think the advantage is that it can help teachers know what students think of their teaching. This is really important because sometimes teachers may think they are doing a good job but students may think otherwise. If teachers don’t have any feedback from the students, how can they improve their teaching and how can they truly help students learn better？But there’s also a problem. Students may say something that is not objective. Sometimes students dislike a teacher not because the teacher’s teaching is bad but because the teacher is too strict. If we believe everything students say about a teacher, it’s just not fair.

我认为这样做的好处是可以帮助老师们了解学生对他们的教学有什么想法。这真的很重要，因为有时候老师们会觉得自己教得很好，但是学生们却不这么想。如果老师们没有得到任何来自学生的反馈，他们怎么能提高自己的教学，怎么能切实帮助学生更好地学习呢？但是这样做也会有一个问题。学生们可能会做出一些不客观的评价。有时候，学生不喜欢一个老师不是因为其教学水平不高，而是因为这个老师过于严格。如果我们完全相信学生对老师的评价，这是有失公允的。
