What are some of the most common mistakes that teachers make？
1.老师最常犯的错误很容易想到，就是过于注重考试分数，让学生死记硬背，而不鼓励他们创新思考。
2.不鼓励学生创新的后果就是，学生很难跳出固有框架去思考，很难有大的成就。
I think one of most common mistakes teachers make is that they seldom encourage students to be creative and use their imagination. In many schools, teachers only teach from textbooks and students are required to memorize what’s covered in those textbooks so that they can do well in tests. Everything is test-oriented. Students may be good at test taking but they often lack the ability to think outside the box or come up with their own ideas. This is such a shame because in today’s world, creativity is so important, and it is the key for a person or a business to succeed. If it is not valued by school teachers, then our students are missing a really crucial element in their education.
我认为老师犯的最常见的一个错误就是他们很少鼓励学生创新和发挥想象力。在很多学校里，老师只教课本上的内容，要求学生背诵课本上的内容，以便考试的时候可以考得好。所有的一切都是为了考试。学生可能很会考试，但是却没有能力创新思维或者有自己的想法。这真的很可悲，因为在当今的世界，创造力太重要了，它是一个人或者一个企业成功的关键。如果创造力没有受到老师的重视，那学生的教育中则缺少一个重要的元素。
