Some professors prefer to answer students’questions at the end of the lecture, while other professors prefer to answer students’questions during the lecture. Which style do you think is better for learning?
I think it’s better for professors to answer students’questions when the lecture is over. Because students’questions are many and varied. If the professors choose to answer them during the lecture, much time will be taken away from the lecture. And the professors won’t be able to cover much of what they have planned for the lecture, then the lecture becomes sort of a tutoring section. When students’questions are addressed at the end, students who don’t have questions won’t feel that their study is disrupted, and they can choose to stay or not.
