Should schools teach students moral values？
1.学校不应只教学生学术科目，也应该教他们分辨是非对错。
2.以社会上广泛存在的各种歧视为例，如果人们从小就被教育不要歧视别人，那么这个社会会更加和谐。
Definitely. I always believe that schools should not only teach students academic subjects but important values, so students know what’s right and what’s wrong. For example, in our society, there’s still a lot of discrimination against some racial or sexual minorities. If students are taught from early on in schools that discrimination is wrong, is narrow-minded, when they grow up, they’d be more accepting of people who are different from them. From a long-term perspective, this helps reduce the many social conflicts in modern world, helps make the world a better place for people to live in.
当然应该。我一直认为学校不仅应该教学生学术科目，而且应该教学生树立重要的价值观，这样学生就能分辨对错。比如说，在我们的社会当中，仍然存在很多对某些种族或者性少数群体的歧视。如果学生们从早期在学校开始就被教导歧视是不对的，是狭隘的，那么他们长大后，会更能接受和自己不一样的人。从长远来看，这有助于减少现代世界中的很多社会冲突，让这个世界更适合人们生活。
